We're pleased to extend our studio services at our Long Beach showroom. If you are interested in pulling, you are welcome to make an appointment daily 11am-6pm here
There is a 35% studio service fee per 7-day period. If you are unable to return the items by the specified date, please contact us to arrange an extension so that you do not lose your deposit. A late fee of 10% per day will be added to the original rental fee.
For all pulls, we ask that you don't take any more than 10 items. We ask that all clothing be returned in the same condition it was in when it left the store, with tags properly attached. If any garments are worn they must be purchased.
For all pulls, we require a full deposit. This is generally in the form of a credit card authorization. If the cardholder cannot be present, we will accept a photocopy of their ID and credit card, with a signed credit card authorization form provided by GALERIE.LA. These forms can be emailed directly to us at studio@galerie.la. This is our policy with all transactions where the cardholder is not present.
