COVID-19 UPDATE
DOMESTIC Get Free Ground Shipping on all orders $150+. There a Standard Shipping Fee of $5 on all orders under $150. We ship USPS for all orders in the US and will be delivered within 2-5 business days. Expedited 2-day shipping fee is $15. Overnight shipping is $25. INTERNATIONAL International shipping is $45 on all orders. CUSTOM & DUTIES Any additional custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Custom fees are assessed once the goods reach the country of the order origin. Please be advised that custom fees can range from 20-40% of the order value. We recommend you check with your local tax officials for more information regarding custom fees that can be added to your online order. DELIVERY TIME The domestic delivery time for ground shipping is 2-7 days. International shipping can take between 7-14 days.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
GALERIE.LA accepts returns within 7 days for a full refund. The items must be in new condition with the tags attached and in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, the refund will be processed. Email us your tracking number so we can be on the lookout for your shipment. We are not responsible for any undelivered or missing packages. *** Please note: your shipping charges will not be included on your return amount
